Involved in daily operations of the Restaurant.
Welcomes & greets the Guest in the restaurant.
Takes the Food & Beverage order from the guest.
Discuss the day specials with the guest
Doing Suggestive & Up selling of the menu items.
Serving of Food & Beverage at the table
Ensure guest satisfaction at every given point of time.
To provide courteous with professional service at all times
following serve sequence.
To communicate guest comments / complaints to the senior.
Presenting and settlement of the bill.
Giving warm farewell to the guest.
