We are having opening for you with one of our Prestigious Client (MNC Company) in Noida.

They are looking for : HR Coordinator/ HR generalist
Experience- 1.8 to 3.5 Years

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Graduate degree in any discipline

2. Should have at least one year of experience in HR coordinator role (preferably in a MNC organization)

3. Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)

4. Detail oriented and Strong time management skills, ability to multi task and prioritize.

5. Excellent computer skills – should have knowledge of MS Office.

Job Description
Position: HR Coordinator.
This position will report into HR manager.
Job Responsibilities:
To schedule interviews across multiple skills, positions and hiring managers.

To effectively liaise with Hiring Managers and colleagues to ensure that the interviewing process is run smoothly

To manage local and outstation candidates for schedule management, interview setup and follow up.

Support / assist HR team on any other tasks as required (alias management, meeting coordination, employee communication etc.

Take on specific project assignments from time to time such as creating / validating employee database details, coordination for team specific initiatives etc.

Front end with new joinees as required (in coordination with staffing, HR ops & managers) to ensure smooth on boarding. Help resolve any initial joining in / settling in issues

Maintaining the weekly report of new joiners and co-ordinating with the joining team to ensure that their joining formalities have been completed.

Compiling & updating the MIS of total groups of the department w.r.t. daily attendance / leave / replacement / attrition / appraisal / new adding resources.

Processing of attendance & working confirmation of Staff.

Maintaining an entire directory of working & resigned employees.

Maintaining updated information about staff, their CTC, designation, contact details & skill sets.

To keep a head count of staff in the project & department with proper details.

Generate all standard HR documents like file maintenance, agreement and documentation work etc

Send out greeting emails; birthday, anniversaries or any other occasion.

Managing all HR backend related activities and supporting HR manger to coordinate for various tasks.
