Job Description

Policies, practices and procedures relevant to own work area

Administration e.g. letter production, understanding customer requirements, prioritising, system updating, collating etc.

Relevant Payroll system

Word, Excel, e-mail

Customer facing experience & using of telephony

Resolve own day to day problems within the confines of established policies, practices and procedures.

Make suggestions to resolve more complex issues to Team Lead or Team Manager as appropriate

Escalate/resolve any potential problems that fall outside of own job area, making recommendations if possible e.g. systems failure, telephony failure etc. Deal with customers within client organisations on a day to day basis

Take ownership of queries and problems raised by the customer

Deliver service to meet contractual obligations, client satisfaction and service level agreements

Present a professional image/service to potential clients

Communicate efficiently and effectively

Provide job related information upon request e.g. volumes etc. within the confines of the Data Protection Act and procedures

Participate and input to team briefings

Participate and constructively contribute to company wide initiatives, which are designed to increase the level of skill and competence in the organisation

Provide comprehensive and clear updates to Team Lead/Manager as and when required

Work in co-operation with other employees of Accenture HR Services
