Knowlarity Communications Private Ltd is a pioneer in automated voice technologies in India. Company has created a cloud telephony platform through which it powers its products for Fax, Personalized Voice Calls, Conferencing, Virtual Reception and Voice Based Emergency Alert Systems.

The company has cluster setups in Delhi, Noida, Lucknow, Mumbai and Muzaffarpur. Knowlarity has developed a distributed and extensible telephoney platform that utilizes and combines the calling capacity of each cluster on demand to serve high volume requirements for any of its telephony products or services.

Management Team:

Ambarish Gupta, co-founder : Ambarish worked with McKinsey & Company as strategy consultant developing growth strategies for Fortune 10 companies in banking, healthcare and insurance industries. Earlier, he co-founded a political consulting company and a mobile phone based Survey Company in India. Ambarish is passionate about the application of artificial intelligence in analytical decision making. He lived and worked US, Australia and Germany. Ambarish received his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University in 2007 and B.Tech. in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur in 2000.

Pallav Pandey, co-founder : Pallav started the first political consulting company in India in 2003. The company used analytical methods to help politicians identify swing voters. He followed this up with a mobile phone based survey company that helped dramatically reduce frauds in field surveys. Earlier Pallav worked as a software engineer for NVDIA in US. Pallav received his B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur in 2000

Job Title: Assistant Manager-Sales
Experience: 2-4 Years
Reporting to: Branch Manager
Market Segmentation: All SME in the area of Operation

Key Tasks / Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed agreed sales and gross margin targets consistently.
Manage, develop and maintain sales plans and processes within designated area of responsibility within business unit.
Working closely with the Branch Manager you will need to have experience in advising clients on introducing a broad range of services and products available from Knowlarity.
Prevention and management of customer escalations and complaints.
100% management of customer relationship - 'ownership'. Committed to providing a high level of customer service and inspire colleagues to do likewise.
Weekly and monthly reporting on sales
To communicate with all nominated accounts on a regular basis, acting as a liaison between the client and Knowlarity, maintaining a productive and professional relationship at all times, and acting as a Brand ambassador for the company .
To encourage the client to use all Knowlarity products installed to their full potential.
To act as an interface between the client and Knowlarity in all instances where assistance / escalation is required.
To introduce to the client, all new applicable products and strategic developments initiated by Knowlarity and to maximize sales opportunities for the company as appropriate. To be aware of the sensitivity of client business and details at all times and to maintain absolute confidentiality with regard to them.
Complete all paperwork correctly and in a timely manner. Maintain all relevant administration systems.
Ensure all sales contracts are completed fully and correctly with an attention to detail.
Attend exhibitions and training as and when required.

Skills / Experience which play an important part in supporting the role:
